Last week we shared our Green Pineapple Smoothie and we promised that we’d be back with another… and here it is! This one was my favorite. I’m in love the fresh mint flavor! (Which is probably why I’ve been drinking our Kiwi Lime Mojito nonstop lately.)

A healthy and delicious smoothie!
- 2 cups spinach (this will blend better if you freeze it beforehand)
- 2 cups blueberries (I used half fresh, half frozen)
- 1 kiwi
- 3-4 large mint leaves
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup ice

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix it up!
