I don’t know who I’m becoming but I’ve been trying out a lot of healthy recipes lately. I know the green smoothie fad was crazy a few years ago but I just finally got around to trying out some of my own! And… they’re pretty delicious!
Green Pineapple Smoothie
1.5 cups baby spinach (These will blend better if you freeze them beforehand)
1.5 cups pineapple
1/2 banana
1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1/2 cup coconut water
1 cup ice
Throw it all in a blender and mix it up! You can freeze the leftovers in a popsicle maker for a sweet and healthy late night snack.
