This whipped feta with roasted tomato dip is everything you want an end of summer, early fall dish to be! It’s the perfect way to use up all those juicy garden tomatoes. It’s savory, warm and creamy. And if you haven’t tried whipped feta yet, I’m not sure what’s happening in your life. You need to, immediately!
I’ve made this appetizer a few times for parties and knew I needed to share it here. It’s always devoured and an easy appetizer to make. You can use your choice of herbs with this. Serve it with crostini (Cait’s air fryer crostini is perfect with this!), pita bread or crackers.
