These sweet potato fries with goat cheese and hot honey were inspired by a food truck we stopped at in Colorado last summer. We had just finished up a hike and Caitlin knew about this place that had great burgers. Of course I also had to try their sweet potato fries, since they’re a favorite. I loved the addition of goat cheese and honey on the fries, so good!
I’ve made my own version since then, and changed it a bit by using hot honey, I love the added spiciness! The hot & crispy fries, mixed with cool, creamy goat cheese and the sweetness and spice from the hot honey is just perfection!
To keep this snack incredibly easy to make, just use store bought frozen sweet potato fries and hot honey. But if you’re feeling ambitious, making your own baked sweet potato fries and hot honey is a delicious way to do it too!
