Golden Graham S’mores Bars

In case you haven’t noticed by now, I’m slightly obsessed with s’mores. And now that summer is (basically) here, we can enjoy s’mores out on the patio all summer long! But sometimes you need to be able to enjoy s’mores on the go. So these no bake golden graham s’mores bars are just the thing. They’re so quick & easy to make – it’s basically just rice krispies treats, made with golden grahams instead. And some chocolate thrown in. So go ahead and treat yo self to some marshmallowy, chocolatey goodness this summer!

And if you feel like turning on the oven, and baking up something delicious, I’d say this pb s’mores skillet cookie is just the thing. But sometimes you need something quick and without needing to turn on the oven – if that’s the case, then stick with these golden graham s’mores bars. You’ll be glad you did!

Ingredients Needed for Golden Graham S’mores Bars:

  • Golden Grahams
  • marshmallows
  • butter
  • milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)

You’ll need one box of Golden Grahams cereal. I like to use slightly more marshmallows (15 ounces) than the typical size bag, so grab two bags, or one of the larger bags. For the chocolate chips, I use milk chocolate, since that’s what you typically find in s’mores. But you can use semi-sweet chocolate chips if you prefer. Golden Graham S’mores Bars

Easy, no-bake golden graham s'mores bars are a delicious summer treat. Made with cereal, marshmallows and chocolate chips, perfect for when you're craving s'mores and don't have a campfire!

Course: Dessert, Snack
Ingredients
  • 1 – 12 ounce box of Golden Grahams
  • 15 ounces marshmallows (regular or mini)*
  • 4 tablespoons butter, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Lightly grease a 9×13 pan.

  2. In a large bowl, microwave marshmallows & butter for two minutes on high. Remove and stir.

  3. Microwave 1 more minute, stir until smooth. 

  4. Add in golden grahams and stir until cereal is thoroughly coated.

  5. Let sit for a few minutes to cool slightly, stirring occasionally. 

  6. Add in chocolate chips and stir until mixed in.

  7. Press into an even layer in prepared pan. 

  8. Let sit for a couple of hours until set. (You can throw them in the fridge if you’re in a hurry!). Cut into bars and enjoy! 

Recipe Notes

*Yes, this is a bag and a half of marshmallows if you buy the typical size marshmallow bags; I’ve found they’re a lot better with slightly more marshmallows than just one bag!
