This peanut butter nutella frozen yogurt bark is currently getting me through some cranky days. After the holidays, I was feeling a little blah with all the sweets and junk I had indulged in. So I decided to get back on track with eating healthier. It’s a bit rough after all the indulging to just quit sweets cold turkey though. (Enter my crankiness!)
So I’m trying to find some healthy options that satisfy my need to snack and my sweet tooth! This bark is it! (Kind of like the natural peanut butter fudge got me through a few years ago!). I made a fruit frozen yogurt bark years back and decided I needed to try a peanut butter version.
It’s so quick and easy to whip together. The longest part is waiting for it to freeze. Then you’re left with a protein filled snack, that’s a little sweet thanks to the honey & nutella. And filled with my favorite – peanut butter!
