Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie

This peanut butter banana smoothie is one of my favorite breakfast options or a quick snack to have on my way to work in the afternoon. I am not a big smoothie person normally but I have drank this smoothie hundreds of times in the last few years. I did go through a juicing phase for a while which was amazing but just too much work in my opinion. This is a very simple recipe but it’s so delicious and gives you a bunch of protein to start off your day! And without adding in any protein powder… I am just nottt a fan.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Course: Breakfast
Servings: 1
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (Up to 1 cup depending on desired consistency)
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
  • Dash Cinnamon
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve immediately.
