Cranberry Ginger Mocktail

This cranberry ginger mocktail is a refreshing holiday drink. Tart cranberry & lime juice, spicy ginger beer with a little sweetness from the fresh orange juice.

I had some cranberries leftover from making my cranberry garland, so what better way to use them up than with a mocktail! I actually only used them as the garnish, after making sugared cranberries. So I guess they were more the inspiration behind this drink.

I love using ginger beer in drinks, it adds that nice sweet & spicy kick. I added a bit of fresh squeezed orange juice too, as a nod to traditional cranberry sauce. And then of course, added some fresh lime juice – because I love cranberry & lime together. I did also try this only using the fresh squeezed orange juice, and it tastes good that way too, so if you’re not a fan of lime, you can leave that out.
