This drink seemed like the perfect one to mix up after making our outdoor bar! It’s got a bright, happy flavor, perfect for summer entertaining. It’s reminiscent of a paloma.
With grapefruit infused sugar lining the rim, it elevates your mocktail, without a lot of extra work. It has a honey simple syrup in it, and that can be made ahead of time. Simple syrups are easy to make and great to have on hand for adding to drinks.
Ingredients for Grapefruit Honey Spritzer Mocktail:

- club soda
- sugar (for the rim)
You’ll want to plan ahead for this drink. The honey simple syrup can be made the day before (or even a few days ahead) and stored in the fridge. At most, a couple hours ahead, so it has time to cool. The rest of the recipe comes together quickly. See below for the full recipe!
