2021 has officially made me an air fryer convert. I got one for Christmas and I finally get all the hype about it for the past few years. I’ve cooked at least 50% of my food in there since I got it – it’s amazing! I’ve made this garlic & herb salmon in the air fryer multiple times already and it is so much faster than the oven. I like my salmon to be pretty well done (because I’m weird about textures and most seafood in general) which takes a while in the oven. But in the air fryer I can get it well done with crisp edges in under 10 minutes! Plus covering anything in herbs, garlic, and butter is always a win, right?!
