I love lemonade and crave it all summer long (it’s always a must-have when I go to the county fair to get a huge, icy cup of it)! I’ve been wanting to make elderflower lemonade for a while now and with the recent arrival of some Elderflower Syrup from Marx Foods (as part of the winnings from the Floral Food Photography contest), I finally was able to! About the time I was plotting my lemonade recipe, my brother sent me a text of some elderflower rose lemonade he had just tried and said I needed to try it, so I decided to add a litttle rose water to my recipe and loved it! This pretty drink has it all – sweet, tart and floral all mixed together. It’s the perfect, refreshing summery drink!
