We’ve had a few years to bounce back from everyone’s banana bread obsession that happened during the covid lockdown when there was nothing to do but read and bake. So after over-consuming for a few months there and then taking a break from all the banana bread – I’m back! And I’m sharing the best banana bread recipe ever just in time for the beginning of cozy baking season! It’s also perfect to make those cute mini bread loaf place cards I shared a few years ago for Thanksgiving this week! (Keep in mind – the baking time would have to be adjusted for the small pans.)
I have made this many times and it has never failed me. I’ve shared it with many people over the years and they all say it’s the best banana bread they’ve ever had! So now you can make it too! I love chocolate chips in mine but you could add in nuts or leave it plain – whatever your heart desires. So now go grab those overripe bananas that you can never seem to finish in time and get to baking!
