You guys! Somehow we’re more than halfway through August and I’m sooo not ready for summer to be over! Even though I know that we’ll probably have decent weather for a couple more months, I still get a little anxious knowing that snow season is hiding around the corner. Anyways… this realization made me get my butt in gear and finally make this project that has been on my list all summer! I had grand plans of having outdoor movie/game/snack nights every Sunday evening this summer and failed miserably… like I haven’t had a single one. Ha! So I wanted to get this outdoor movie screen done so that maybe I can make a few of those nights happen over the next couple months! I keep telling myself maybe it’ll be an even better fall activity because we can light up the fire pit, wrap up in cozy blankets, sip some cider tea. For being a pretty “big” project this is actually very simple to put together. And kind of annoys me that I could have had it done months ago. Ha! It’s also super easy to break down and store when it’s not in use! So go grab the supplies and watch the video below to make your own! What you need:
–1″ PVC cut into: Two 6′ pieces, two 5′ pieces, two 2.5′ pieces, four 2′ pieces
–Four 1″ PVC tee fittings
–Two 1″ PVC 90° elbows
–10’x12′ white tarp
–Clothing line
–Garden spikes

(Sorry I had to film it against a white wall and the lighting kept changing! 🤦♀️ You should still be able to follow along easily.)
