
Cottage cheese flatbread is made with just 4 ingredients and is a flourless, high protein bread substitute.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Line small baking sheet (about 9x13 size) with parchment paper.
In food processor, blend ingredients until smooth.
Pour onto parchment paper, spreading into a thin, even layer. If you're using a small baking pan, it should almost fill the pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
