This whipped goat cheese with fig jam and rosemary is a perfect appetizer for fall and Thanksgiving gatherings. It’s a little sweet and a little savory, and best of all, so quick and easy to throw together!
If you haven’t realized by now, I’ve got a thing for whipped cheese. I’ve whipped feta, goat cheese, and cottage cheese. So of course when I started thinking about appetizers for Thanksgiving, I knew it was going to involve some type of whipped cheese! And yes, Caitlin and I both had posts with whipped goat cheese this week, and didn’t even realize that we were both including that until the last second, haha! So if you’ve been thinking maybe you should try whipped goat cheese, this is obviously the sign you need to do it!
Why whip goat cheese?
There’s just something magical that happens when you whip goat cheese. Yes, goat cheese is already on the soft side. But it becomes so creamy when it’s whipped. And light and smooth. It only takes a few minutes and is definitely worth it!
