Course Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces plain goat cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6-9 ounces fig jam*
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • honey, optional*
  • rosemary sprigs, optional

Instructions

  1. Using a food processor or mixer, whip the goat cheese, cream cheese and olive oil until light and airy, about 2 minutes.

  2. Spread whipped goat cheese into a bowl or serving platter.

  3. Top with fig jam and chopped rosemary.

  4. If desired, drizzle with honey and rosemary sprig.

  5. Serve with crostini, crackers or pretzels.

Recipe Notes

*Use as much (or little) fig jam as you'd like.

*Some fig jam is on the sweeter side, so you may not want the extra sweetness of the honey.
