This lavender gin sour is a gentle beauty and perfect to cool off in these last hot weeks of summer! I know lavender is usually a spring flavor, but for me – it’s an all year flavor! And one of my favorites at that. I went to visit my cousins’ uncles’ distillery recently and was looking forward to trying out their lavender vodka but they had sold out! But I did end up getting a bottle of their gin – which is soo good but I couldn’t get that lavender out of my mind. So I whipped up some lavender syrup using some culinary lavender and made this lavender gin sour cocktail. And if cocktails aren’t for you, we’ve got some mocktails, recipes, and house supplies to satisfy any of your lavender desires!
