Baked brie is one of our favorite appetizers/snacks. Ever since Aldi’s started carrying it, we’ve both been guilty of buying a wheel of brie and some crusty bread and making a lunch of it! Cheese in all shapes & forms is also one of my favorite appetizers to have at gatherings and with the holidays approaching, I thought I’d share this delicious, easy appetizer so you have one more option for your holiday spread. Or go ahead and just make it a fancy lunch for yourself – we won’t tell! 😉Baked Brie with Rosemary and Honey
8 oz wheel of brie
honey
fresh rosemary
bread or crackers
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Remove brie from packaging. Slice off the top rind (you can leave it on if you want – it’s edible, totally a preference). Place brie on baking sheet and place a few sprigs of rosemary on top. Drizzle liberally with honey. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is gooey and melt-y. Break off the leaves of the rosemary sprigs (or chop up some new sprigs) and sprinkle over brie, drizzle on more honey if needed and enjoy!
So who else is looking forward to all the holiday appetizers??!
