Merry Moments

Lately sleep has been very difficult to come by around here. I’m not sure what is going on with my little ones, but it’s not unusual for us to get a pieced together 3 or 4 hours of sleep these days. Added to the discomforts and exhaustion of being 8 months pregnant… well, let’s just say my patience is running thin. As I picked up the camera to capture some moments from our day I may have even whined to my husband, “I don’t wanna!” But that’s part of the beauty of stopping to take in the merry moments. Because as I look back over pictures of our day, my heart is grateful and it is clear to me how very blessed I am.

:: a little bird watching with daddy before he’s off to work.
:: a coffee mug that keeps my coffee [or tea] hot for hours. yes.
:: this tiny lady who thinks she’s pretty funny.
:: this silly boy in his sister’s boots and momma’s hat.
:: pizza dough for dinner. I’ve been trying to do better with meal planning.. 3 cheers for not ordering pizza!
:: colorful piles of books.
:: a wet snow with slow falling huge snowflakes. so pretty.
