I’ve had a few days since I got back from my 10 day road trip across the country (which was beyond amazing!) and I’m trying to get back into my normal routine. As usual, I’m playing a lot of catch-up with blog stuff as well as getting back on schedule with my other jobs. I spent the other afternoon doing some crafting and allowing myself not to get too stressed about projects that need to get done. I’ve had these trivets on my to-make list since I made these coasters but finding this amazing granite clay finally pushed me to get them done! What you need:
–granite clay (at least 1 per trivet)
-rolling pin
-knife
–geometric cookie cutters
–rubber bumper feet
How to make it:
-Roll out clay until it is 1/4″ thick.
-Cut out shape.
-Use cookie cutters for designs if desired.
-Bake according to directions.
-Let cool completely.
-Attach rubber feet to the bottom of the trivets.
