I have to admit, Valentine’s Day is not one of my favorite holidays – not for all the crazy reasons that people rant about – just because it’s not very exciting. But I do love the adorable vintage valentines that I’ve thrifted over the years and we took a few sayings from those and created some easy valentine’s that you can make. We’ll be sharing them throughout the week!
Today’s valentine is an apple-tree-to-be kit. It’s perfect for kids to put together for their mom, grandma, or teacher!
What you’ll need:
-Heirloom Apple Seeds (You can find them on Amazon and Ebay.)
-Coir Pots
-Plant Pellets
-Soil
Put it all together in a basket and tie on a handwritten “You’re the apple of my eye” note to your valentine!
It’s a bit more useful than most of the valentines that I’ve been given. (Besides Oliver’s hollow milk chocolate maybe…)
What’s the best valentine that you’ve ever received?
