Caramel Cream Cheese Board

Course Appetizer, Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 cream cheese, 8 oz, room temp
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 container caramel dip (unless you make your own!)
  • toffee bits
  • hershey's symphony bar, crushed

Instructions

  1. Add cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla to mixer

  2. Mix until smooth and blended

  3. Using icing spatula to scoop and smudge small amount of mixture onto cutting board or serving board

  4. Heat up caramel slightly

  5. Add to piping bag and drizzle on top of board

  6. Add toffee, crushed chocolate bar or whatever toppings you'd like

  7. Serve with sliced apples (or pretzels, graham crackers, etc.)
