Had to jump on the butter board trend before it’s over! It’s one of the prettiest ways to serve up dips! This caramel cream cheese board will definitely be a hit at your next party. Not only is it so adorable looking – it’s super delicious, easy to make, and so fun to scoop up!
I had a caramel apple idea I was going to share but thought that this would be great twist on a fall classic! It’s just such a fun, updated way to serve caramel apples! So if you are looking for an idea for a snack to bring for this weekend’s Halloween parties – look no further – this caramel cream cheese board is for you. Or if you aren’t the partying type, it works just right for dinner with your family on a Tuesday night too! 😉
If you’re dedicated – you can make your own caramel but I took the short cut and bought the caramel dip at the grocery store. It turned out great! I like it best with the sliced apples but it was great with the pretzel sticks and graham crackers too.
- 1 cream cheese, 8 oz, room temp
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 container caramel dip (unless you make your own!)
- toffee bits
- hershey's symphony bar, crushed
Add cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla to mixer
Mix until smooth and blended
Using icing spatula to scoop and smudge small amount of mixture onto cutting board or serving board
Heat up caramel slightly
Add to piping bag and drizzle on top of board
Add toffee, crushed chocolate bar or whatever toppings you'd like
Serve with sliced apples (or pretzels, graham crackers, etc.)
