Garlic & Herb Air Fryer Salmon

Perfect salmon in under 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 piece salmon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 large leaves basil
  • 3 stems parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 slice lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400ยบ. (For 2 minutes.)

  2. Melt 1 tbsp butter in small bowl.

  3. Chop basil and parsley into small pieces.

  4. Crush clove of garlic.

  5. Mix herbs and garlic into butter.

  6. Season both sides of salmon with salt and pepper (And lightly with EVOO if desired.)

  7. Spray air fryer with light coat of oil.

  8. Set salmon inside air fryer and put a small amount of garlic & herb mixture on top. (And lemon slice if desired.)

  9. Set for 6-8 minutes depending on how well done you prefer your salmon.

  10. Remove from air fryer, top with more of the garlic & herb mixture and enjoy!
