Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

Loaded with flavor, this blueberry spinach smoothie is a healthy breakfast or afternoon snack.

Servings 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup spinach*
  • 1/2 frozen banana, cut into slices
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*I like to keep a bag of spinach leaves in my freezer for smoothies. It blends so much easier. I just buy fresh spinach leaves and then transfer them to a gallon freezer ziploc baggie and freeze them. That's it, so easy!
