This whipped feta and goat cheese everything bagel dip is easy to mix together and makes for a delicious appetizer that everyone will love!
Just in time for super food Sunday (aka Super Bowl Sunday), I’ve got another appetizer you definitely need to have on your menu! I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get this recipe out in time or not, due to my recent surgery. But I couldn’t let one of my favorite food days of the year go by without offering up a new recipe for it!
I have a thing for whipped feta – it’s a must have if you haven’t yet tried it. A few months back I was thinking how I hadn’t tried whipping goat cheese yet (must whip all the things!), so I decided to try combining it with whipped feta. And everything bagels are a favorite, so why not throw that into the mix as well?! Well, the combination works – this whipped feta and goat cheese everything bagel dip is amazing!! It’s very addicting; and very easy to whip together, so definitely a win!
This creamy dip combines whipped feta, goat cheese and everything bagel seasoning into one delicious appetizer!
- 6 ounces crumbled feta
- 4 ounces plain goat cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-1/2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
In a food processor, whip together feta, goat cheese, cream cheese and olive oil.
Blend until smooth and creamy, about 3-5 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.
Add in one tablespoon of everything bagel seasoning, and process just until mixed in.
Place dip in bowl or spread onto plate and sprinkle with additional everything bagel seasoning. (If making ahead, place dip in airtight container and refrigerate. Let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving to soften. Sprinkle with additional seasoning just before serving).
Serve with bagel chips, pita, veggies, crackers or veggie chips.
