Healthy Buffalo Chicken Celery

  • 1 cup chicken finely shredded (I use rotisserie)
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Buffalo
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4-6 stalks celery
  • crumbled gorgonzola *optional
  • blue cheese *optional


  1. Finely shred rotisserie chicken.

  2. Combine chicken with greek yogurt and red hot.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Cut up celery stalks into 4" pieces.

  5. Fill celery with chicken mixture.

  6. Top with gorgonzola crumbles, blue cheese dressing and red hot drizzle if desired.
