Whipped Feta and Herb Dip

Creamy whipped feta mixed with fresh herbs makes for a delicious, Greek-inspired dip! 

Course Appetizer, Snack

Ingredients

  • 6 ounes crumbled feta
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt & fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, whip together feta, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil and salt & pepper. 

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 3-5 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. (If you'd like your dip a little creamier, add a little more olive oil). 

  3. Stir in fresh herbs.

  4. Chill for a couple of hours or overnight. Let soften slightly before serving.

  5. Serve with pita, veggies, crackers or veggie chips.
