Creamy whipped feta mixed with fresh herbs makes for a delicious, Greek-inspired dip!
In a food processor, whip together feta, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil and salt & pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy, about 3-5 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. (If you'd like your dip a little creamier, add a little more olive oil).
Stir in fresh herbs.
Chill for a couple of hours or overnight. Let soften slightly before serving.
Serve with pita, veggies, crackers or veggie chips.
