Greek Layered Dip Appetizer

In case you forgot how much I love Mediterranean food, I’m back to remind you! This Greek Layered Dip is soo easy to put together and soo delicious! It’s a perfect appetizer to whip together when you remember last minute that you need to bring a dish to share. If you’re like me, you ALWAYS forget until a couple hours before hahah.

It’s a great vegetarian option and pretty healthy in my eyes. I loveee hummus and tzatziki and a freshly toasted pita is just the cherry on top! But you could serve it with platters of large veggies to scoop it up too. Also before anyone comes at me about using cilantro in this, it’s just what I prefer! Fresh basil or parsley would be a more traditional option if you want to add fresh herbs – but do whatever you want!
