My friend was recently talking about a treat that one of her friends brought into work – mandarin oranges, dipped in chocolate, topped with sea salt. As a frequent snacker on cans of frozen mandarin oranges, I knew I needed to try it out!
Here’s what I did:
Take a small can of mandarin oranges, (because I hate the skin of oranges and these don’t have any) drain them, and lay them out on a paper towel so they aren’t so wet. Melt milk chocolate in the microwave and dip the oranges in after they’ve layed out on the paper towel for a little while. While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle a few pieces of course sea salt on top and then let it cool. Now enjoy!
