DIY Menu Pumpkin

Each year I’m excited about the increase in people time and good food that November brings. Is anyone with me? I know that this sometimes feels like the tipping point for the holiday chaos that just never stops coming until the new year but I still just love it! Comfort food, friends, and family… not much better than that in my book! Especially when the food is cooked for you since you’re a terrible cook & baker. 😬 While I don’t ever have much to contribute in the food arena, I am always down to create some DIY goodness that adds to a gathering. I always appreciate the extra details and decor at weddings, dinners, or gatherings – place cards, menus, extra candles – there’s something so special about the little details. If you share my enthusiasm for this, today’s project will be right up your alley!

Four years ago I shared a menu pumpkin I had made using a real pumpkin and hand painting the menu on. This year I decided to bring new life to the project by using a faux pumpkin and vinyl lettering for those that don’t feel up to hand lettering their menu! (Or the planners who want to make their menu early and not have it rot. 😂)
