As promised, I’m back with another advent calendar this week! This one is for all of you that like to have a special activity each day throughout advent. Each day you cross out the date and choose an activity out of the envelopes below. I split ours up into “give”, “make”, and “do” categories but you can change these to fit whatever type of activities you like to do!
What you need:
-Plywood (Mine is 12″ x 44″)
-Chalkboard Paint
-Number Stencils
-White Paint
-Foam Paint Brush
-Envelopes
-Washi Tape
-Greenery
-String
How to make it:
-Paint the front of the plywood with two coats of chalkboard paint and let dry.
-Stencil the numbers onto the board using the white paint and foam brush.
-Tape envelopes below the numbers and fill each envelope with advent activities.
-Tie together some greenery and hang from the top of the board.
I used paint for the numbers so you can erase the chalk you use to cross out each day at the end of the season and save this to use again next year!
I you need some advent activity ideas, check out our wooden advent calendar post!
