Baked Brie with Rosemary + Honey

Baked brie is one of our favorite appetizers/snacks. Ever since Aldi’s started carrying it, we’ve both been guilty of buying a wheel of brie and some crusty bread and making a lunch of it! Cheese in all shapes & forms is also one of my favorite appetizers to have at gatherings and with the holidays approaching, I thought I’d share this delicious, easy appetizer so you have one more option for your holiday spread. Or go ahead and just make it a fancy lunch for yourself – we won’t tell! 😉Baked Brie with Rosemary + Honey @themerrythoughtBaked Brie with Rosemary + Honey @themerrythoughtBaked Brie with Rosemary and Honey

8 oz wheel of brie
honey
fresh rosemary
bread or crackers

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Remove brie from packaging. Slice off the top rind (you can leave it on if you want – it’s edible, totally a preference). Place brie on baking sheet and place a few sprigs of rosemary on top. Drizzle liberally with honey. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is gooey and melt-y. Break off the leaves of the rosemary sprigs (or chop up some new sprigs) and sprinkle over brie, drizzle on more honey if needed and enjoy!
